Job Summary
Prepare and serve food items while performing cashiering duties as assigned. Maintain food service facilities, equipment, and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition according to HACCP standards. Assemble ingredients, heat, package, and wrap food items, then assist in the receipt, storage, and rotation of supplies. Safely operate standard food service equipment including ovens, slicers, and mixers while maintaining routine records. Perform related duties as assigned by the Administrator to meet the particular needs of the building.
Required Qualifications
- graduation from high school
- sufficient training and experience to perform assigned duties
- speak and hear
- dexterity of hands and fingers
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- ability to bend, kneel, twist, and reach overhead, above shoulders and horizontally
- ability to push/pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- specific vision abilities to see to monitor food quality and quantity
