Nutrition Services Technician Associate

Prepares and maintains serving lines, including dishes, silverware, and food items, while assembling patient trays according to dietary requirements. Delivers trays to patients verifying room numbers, bed numbers, and names, and manages stock in the call center. Cleans and sanitizes equipment, operates the dishwasher, and performs routine heavy-duty cleaning of stations and floors. Sets up and operates the cash register, counts balances, and deposits money accurately. Transports refuse in large carts and participates in quality monitoring activities by recording temperatures. Works assigned stations on the tray line, ensuring speed, accuracy, and appearance.
