Nutrition Services Technician Associate

Prepare and maintain serving lines including dishes, silverware, hot and cold food items, and condiments. Assemble patient trays with appropriate speed, accuracy, and appearance while verifying room numbers, bed numbers, birth dates, and patient names to ensure delivery to the correct patient. Clean and sanitize dishes, equipment, and major appliances such as ovens, grills, and dish machines. Set up and operate the cash register station to ensure accurate collection of payments. Deliver and pick up meal trays, transport refuse in large carts, and maintain sanitary conditions through daily cleaning assignments.
