Nutrition Services Supervisor - Patient Services (Food Service Supervisor, Dietary Supervisor)

Deliver meal trays directly to patient areas, assist with tray setup, and pick up trays from patient zones at designated times. Tend and load the dishwasher, deliver clean dishes to kitchen areas, and pre-wash pots and pans by hand. Sweep, mop floors, and dispose of trash as needed while maintaining a clean, orderly tray line. Prepare salads, desserts, and nourishment for regular and modified diets, and call or take meal orders from patients. Enter patient meals, snacks, and supplements into the system, generate reports, and drive a company vehicle to deliver meals to outer buildings. Supervise staff, assign tasks, monitor quality controls, and ensure adherence to sanitation policies and universal precautions. Complete supervisor logs, attend monthly meetings, and train new employees on all aspects of the position.
