Job Summary
Conduct food preparation, distribution, and service to students and staff for breakfast and lunch. Wash dishes, operate industrial dishwashers, and clean kitchen areas to maintain safe and sanitary conditions. Assist other personnel as required to support their work activities. Requires significant physical abilities including lifting, standing, and walking for prolonged periods. Bilingual/bicultural preference applies with Oregon fingerprint clearance and current Food Handler's Card mandatory. On-call basis with varying daily hours.
Required Qualifications
- Oregon Fingerprint and Criminal Background Check clearance
- Current State of Oregon Food Handlers Card
Desired Qualifications
- Prior food service/prep experience
- Knowledge/experience in operation of industrial size dishwashers
- Knowledge of modern methods of food preparation, health codes and sanitation principles
- Bilingual/Bicultural
