Nutrition Services Senior

Senior Nutrition Services role at Corewell Health's Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. Responsible for ensuring cost-effective and efficient nutrition services, monitoring delivery of high-quality meals to patients, employees, and visitors, and making key decisions to solve departmental concerns. Oversees sanitation and hygiene procedures, completes quality assurance monitors, manages day-end cash out and daily deposits, and may lead new hire orientation or perform other technical tasks. Provides training to new staff and acts as department leader during upline absences, with emphasis on collaboration to maintain continuity of service. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 6 months of relevant food service experience (preferably healthcare-related), and CRT-Accredited Food Protection Manager (CFP) certification. On-site schedule: full-time, 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with variable days and every other weekend, located at Blodgett Hospital, Grand Rapids, MI.
