Job Summary
As a Food Service Director at HCSG, you will lead the dining department in a long-term care facility, ensuring high food quality standards, inventory management, and customer service while adhering to regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
- Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred
- Food Protection Manager (FPM) certification within 14 days
- Food Service Manager (FSM) and Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certifications within 60 days

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and effective communication with team and leadership
