Job Summary
Prepare and serve food items, including heating, packaging, and wrapping meals according to HACCP standards. Maintain food service facilities, equipment, and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition by cleaning serving areas, counters, and operating dishwashers. Safely operate standard food service equipment such as ovens, slicers, and mixers while assisting in the receipt, storage, and rotation of food supplies. Perform cashiering duties as assigned and maintain routine records related to assigned activities. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in cold temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- graduation from high school
- sufficient training and experience to perform assigned duties
- speak and hear
- dexterity of hands and fingers
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- ability to bend, kneel, twist, and reach overhead, above shoulders and horizontally
- ability to push/pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- specific vision abilities to monitor food quality and quantity
