Job Summary
Prepare and serve food items, including assembling ingredients, heating, and packaging meals according to HACCP standards. Maintain food service facilities, equipment, and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition by cleaning serving areas, operating dishwashers, and ensuring proper food temperatures. Assist in the receipt, storage, rotation, and inventory of food supplies, while safely operating standard equipment such as ovens, slicers, and mixers. Perform cashiering duties as assigned and maintain routine records related to activities. Stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and complete repetitive work while monitoring food quality.
Required Qualifications
- graduation from high school
- sufficient training and experience to perform assigned duties
- speak and hear
- dexterity of hands and fingers
- ability to stand for extended periods of time
- ability to bend, kneel, twist, and reach overhead, above shoulders and horizontally
- ability to push/pull, lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- specific vision abilities to monitor food quality and quantity
