Job Summary
Prepare high-quality, appealing, and nutritious foods for customers through large-scale cooking, baking, and basic food preparation. Carefully follow dietary recipes, guidelines, and departmental policies while strictly adhering to infection control guidelines during food handling to prevent contamination. Properly use and care for institutional food service equipment and maintain general cleaning and stocking of food services areas. This role supports the Nutrition Services department at Oak Crossing in Detroit Lakes, focusing on delivering patient-centered care through quality food service.

- Shift Rotation: Day/Eve Rotation
- Weekends: Holidays: No Call Obligation
