Job Summary
Prepare, serve, and deliver meals following daily production sheets while sanitizing kitchenware, food prep areas, and service stations. Handle food items safely according to HACCP and TJC guidelines, ensuring proper labeling, dating, and storage using the First In/First Out method. Maintain infection control and kitchen cleanliness at all times. This role requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting items up to 50 lbs, and tolerating temperature fluctuations and kitchen noise. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in food service, customer service, or healthcare.
