Job Summary
Nutrition Services Assistant (3hr) supports school meal operations at Perris Union High School District, working mornings at Paloma Valley High School with 3-hour shifts. Responsibilities include assisting in nutrition services, meal preparation and service, and upholding food safety standards. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a Food Handlers Card by the time of employment; prior nutrition services experience in a public setting is preferred. Work hours and location are subject to school needs; employment is contingent upon pre-employment clearance (live scan, drug screen, TB verification) and may involve testing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
- One year of nutrition services experience preferably in a public setting
