Job Summary
Prepare food according to guidelines using standardized recipes, stock supplies, and deliver trays to patients while adhering to department service times. Wash dishes and pots and pans following established procedures and infection control policies, including handwashing and proper hygiene. Cover, label, date, and rotate all food prior to storing to ensure regulatory standards are met. Perform cafeteria and coffee shop duties such as plating, portion control, and cashiering operations. Deliver floor stock and nourishments to nursing units. Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies, actively participating in creating improvements for clinical and efficiency outcomes. Work evening shifts in Woodbury, Minnesota.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age

- Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment, familiar with cleaning products, chemicals, and safety procedures
- Ability to use a computer and applications that are associated with performing basic work tasks (use a mouse, navigate in Windows, Outlook, etc.)
- Integration of activities, structures, and responsibilities so that resources are used most effectively to meet objectives
