Job Summary
Deliver patient trays, stock supplies, and operate the POS system within the foodservice department. Prepare and serve food ensuring proper temperatures and portion sizes, while assisting with tray assembly and snack distribution. Process meal requests, double-check orders for nutrition compliance, and manage soiled tray retrieval. Perform general cleaning duties including ware washing and catered function cleanup. Requires walking up to seven hours and lifting up to 50 lbs. Full-time evening shift with weekend and holiday coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency
- Must be able to walk for up to 7 hours, 30 minutes at a time
- Must be able to sit for up to 1 hour at a time
- Must be able to stand up to 1 1⁄2 hours for 30 minutes at a time
- Must be able to lift (1-50 lb.)
- Must be able to carry (1-50 lb.)
- Must be able to push (1-50 lb.)
- Must be able to pull (1-50 lb.)
- Must have the ability to hear normal conversation
- Must have general vision, far vision, and peripheral vision
- Must be available every other weekend and holiday
