Nutrition Service Worker - Secondary

Prepare and serve food items to students and staff by arranging beverages, cooking meals, and serving one or more items as directed. Maintain sanitary conditions by cleaning utensils, equipment, and storage areas, inspecting supplies for quality, and monitoring kitchen and cafeteria zones for safety. Estimate food preparation amounts to minimize waste, inventory supplies at specified intervals, and attend unit meetings and training workshops. Report equipment malfunctions to supervisors and perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with account technician or lead cook roles. Requires a Food Handlers Permit, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
