Job Summary
Nutrition Server/Dietary Aide assists in preparing and serving therapeutic diet meals, salads, and desserts in the health center under the supervision of the Food Services Manager and a Registered Dietician; sets up and breaks down tables in health center dining rooms after meals; transports foods and supplies to and from the health center; maintains station equipment and work area in safe and sanitary condition; works cooperatively with other food and beverage and nursing staff members to provide care and services to senior residents.
