Job Summary
Engage with customers and their dogs in-store to make personalized recommendations for meals, treats, supplements, and other JFFD products. Apply pet nutrition and product knowledge to influence pet parents toward feeding JFFD, while establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships through quality follow-up and ongoing support. Adhere to merchandising standards, housekeeping, inventory management, and point of sale policies, and meet personal sales quotas by communicating insights to the General Manager. Requires retail or consultative sales experience, POS and iPad skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Part-time, non-exempt role in Tustin, CA.
