Job Summary
Engage with customers and their dogs in-store to make personalized recommendations for meals, treats, supplements, and other JFFD products. Apply pet nutrition and product knowledge to influence pet parents toward feeding JFFD, while establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships through quality follow-up and ongoing support. Adhere to merchandising standards, housekeeping, inventory management, and point of sale policies while meeting personal sales quotas and communicating insights to the General Manager. This part-time role requires POS and iPad skills, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and strong time management to help the Del Mar Kitchen achieve its targets.

- Retail or consultative sales experience
