Job Summary
Provides meal service to tenants under sanitary conditions and in a cheerful, timely manner by communicating, coordinating and cooperating with others to carry out the operations of the Nutrition & Culinary Services Department. Essential duties include offering and serving menu choices, following portion control standards, sanitizing dishes and equipment, operating the dish machine, preparing menu items, labeling items, and handling cash at till. Requires teamwork, good customer service, basic food handling and safety, and ability to work a part-time schedule including various days and every other weekend plus a holiday rotation in a Senior Living restaurant setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Prior food service experience preferred, but not required
