Nutrition & Culinary Assistant

Provide meal service to tenants under sanitary conditions in a cheerful, timely manner; communicate and coordinate with others to carry out operations of the Nutrition and Culinary Services Department. Responsibilities include offering and serving menu choices, following portion control standards, cleaning and sanitizing dishes/equipment, operating kitchen equipment safely, preparing various menu items, verifying daily menu items are prepared and labeled, storing leftovers per food handling standards, and adhering to assigned time schedules. Shifts available as full-time (6:15am-2:30pm, 64 hours per pay period with every-other-weekend and holiday rotation) or part-time (4:30pm-8pm, every other weekend with some weekdays and holiday rotation).
