Nutrition Care Coordinator

Nutrition Care Coordinator responsible for coordinating the provision of enteral nutrition formula and supplies, maintaining current enteral orders and renewal schedules, coordinating shipments (PHD or CMC), and ensuring timely, accurate delivery while supporting patients and caregivers. Duties include tracking expiration dates, promoting formulary conversion, obtaining authorizations, handling patient payments, responding to inquiries, coordinating pump needs and swaps, performing pump troubleshooting, coordinating yearly maintenance, interfacing with Supply Chain and warehouse teams, managing discharge/inactivity processes, and participating in on-call rotations. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, enteral nutrition experience, knowledge of medical terminology, strong communication, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Role involves coordination with prescribers, pharmacy/warehouse teams, and Dietitian/Enteral leadership; location is Lincoln, NE and role is full-time with in-person duties.
