Job Summary
Monitor enteral nutrition patients monthly by reviewing supply inventory, processing delivery tickets, and tracking expiration dates for order renewals. Coordinate with pharmacy and warehouse teams on pump needs, troubleshoot pumps, and manage yearly maintenance swaps. Place outbound calls for monthly refills, handle patient inquiries, and collect payments while escalating clinical or operational issues to appropriate team members. Maintain current enteral orders, ensure authorizations are valid, and follow discharge processes for inactivity. Participate in on-call ECOE rotation as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of relevant work experience
- Experience in organizing information and communication with the public
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible and able to work effectively in multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology
- Basic competency with Microsoft Office software
- Experience in enteral nutrition
- Experience ordering products and coordinating deliveries
- Knowledge of medical records, reimbursement and/or nutrition
