Nutrition Assistant I

Support all aspects of healthcare foodservice operations by following industry standards, monitoring food temperatures, preventing cross-contamination, and maintaining proper labeling and equipment storage. Prepare and serve food within menu and dietary guidelines while responding to allergy requests, ensuring proper portioning and presentation. Perform cashiering, tray serving, cold food prep, and utility assignments including dishwashing, catering delivery, and general cleaning. Maintain inventory and adhere to personal hygiene requirements. One year of food service experience required; High School Diploma preferred. Located at Holy Cross Hospital - Davis in Roy, Utah.
