Job Summary
Nutrition & labeling consultant responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant nutritional data across menu and product items, performing nutritional analysis, yield/portion testing, and menu validation. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity, update calorie counts and allergen information, coordinate third-party testing, develop and revise recipes within internal systems, and ensure regulatory compliance across platforms. Requires 5+ years in nutrition/food science, BS degree in related field, experience with nutritional analysis tools or recipe management systems, strong attention to data accuracy, knowledge of labeling regulations and allergen standards, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid on-site role in Atlanta.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in a food science, nutrition or similar discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in nutrition, food science, dietetics, or a related field
- Familiarity with nutritional analysis tools or recipe management systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Knowledge of food labeling, nutrition regulations, and allergen standards
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
