Job Summary
Serve and plate household meals that are healthy, appetizing, and served in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards and portion control. Conduct accurate menu processing, post menu selections, and set up and prepare trays and nourishments according to menus. Demonstrate customer service skills and apply basic knowledge of sanitation and food safety. Work primarily during days with rotating weekends and holidays in a part-time, benefit-eligible role at Brookings Health System's Neighborhoods at Brookview location.
