Assure sanitation and quality standards by washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, tableware, and utensils as needed. Prepare dining room tables and patient room trays with proper tableware, condiments, and tray tickets while performing various food preparation tasks and assisting in apportioning servings. Serve beverages for trayline and dining rooms, deliver nourishment and supplements identified with patient labels, and fill orders for between-meal nourishments as assigned. Clean and sanitize equipment, clear dining tables and traylines, maintain daily care of dishwashing and work areas, and deliver soiled linens to the laundry department. Identify and correct safety hazards while complying with Cantex Continuing Care Network Policy and Procedures for Abuse Prevention.
