Nutrition Aide - The Broadmoor at Creekside (24132)

Assure sanitation and quality standards by washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, tableware, and utensils as needed. Prepare dining room tables and patient room trays with proper tableware, condiments, and tray tickets. Perform various food preparation tasks, assist in apportioning servings, and prepare and/or deliver nourishment and supplements identified with patient labels. Clear and wipe dining tables and trayline following meals, empty trash cans per shift, and perform floor care by sweeping and/or mopping. Maintain daily care of dishwashing, pot/pan, lavatory, and hand sinks, worktables, and dish storage areas. Deliver soiled linens to the laundry department and identify and correct safety hazards. This role supports the Nutrition Services at The Broadmoor at Creekside, a Cantex Continuing Care Network location.
