Nutrition Aide

Stock assigned work areas prior to service and restock with food and supplies after service. Deliver trays, nourishments, and floor stock while working in the dish room. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment to meet regulatory agency quality standards. Properly store unused products and practice safe food handling procedures. Follow National patient Safety Goals regarding patient identification and infection control/sanitation standards. This role supports the cafeteria line or patient tray line position within Cooper University Health Care's integrated healthcare delivery system serving Cape May County.
