Job Summary
Provide advice and education to pet owners on species-appropriate raw feeding diets, ensuring dogs and cats eat their way to better health. Manage daily shop operations, including unpacking frozen food deliveries, maintaining stock levels, and keeping the store fully stocked. Oversee customer service interactions, case management, and maintain customer records using a CRM system. Work four full days, Wednesday to Saturday, for approximately 32 hours. Required Qualifications
- Applicants for this position must have the right to work in New Zealand
- Have experience in retail
- Have strong, effective communication skills
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a good work ethic
- Be able to work well independently
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be flexible
- Be able to multitask effectively
- Have background knowledge/personal experience of raw feeding cats/dogs
- Have a strong interest in raw feeding
- Have no issues with lifting heavy boxes (up to 20kgs) of stock
