Monitor the food preparation process, ensuring safety, quality, and standards while supporting store operations with preventive, corrective, and educational measures. Plan the staff menu, define food quality control with suppliers and management, and collect meal samples. Check equipment and food temperatures, orient staff on proper food handling, and evaluate storage conditions for products and equipment. Monitor received merchandise, verify storage and handling legislation, enforce EPI and uniform compliance, and establish cleaning schedules for equipment. Prepare reports and execute other sector procedures. A CRN and active experience in nutrition are required.
