NUTRICIONISTA (CLÍNICA)

Conduct daily nutritional assessments for hospitalized patients, including triage within 72 hours of admission and monthly re-evaluations of those on enteral therapy. Prepare individualized diet prescriptions by collecting medical orders, calculating percentages for lactose formulas, and adjusting meals for specific patient habits. Supervise kitchen staff and lactaristas while correcting meal maps, ensuring proper provision of enteral feeds and breast milk formulas. Visit patients to improve dietary acceptance, evaluate meal adequacy, and provide discharge counseling for those on enteral therapy or special nutritional needs. Manage statistical controls of served meals and assist in refining quality indicators for nutritional interventions.
