Nut Forming Operator

Nut Forming Operator role involving setup, adjustment, and operation of Jern Yao nut formers to maintain continuous production. Responsibilities include full machine set-ups with Lead Operator approval, startup and operation of multiple formers, performing in-process quality checks, preventive maintenance, maintaining shift communications via the team logbook, handling/loading/feeding raw wire materials, tooling changes and minor machine adjustments, recording SPC data and completing system transactions, and updating the lead operator on mechanical developments. Requires two+ years in the cold forming industry, strong understanding of blueprints/technical specifications, solid operational knowledge of cold forming equipment, excellent verbal communication and mechanical aptitude, with preferred training in quality control or additional cold forming coursework.
