Job Summary
Oversee daily clinical operations of the assigned long-term care unit, supervising nurses and nursing assistants while ensuring residents receive high-quality care per their plans. Monitor resident conditions, communicate with physicians and families, and participate in care plan meetings and assessments. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility policies. Assist with staff scheduling, training, performance management, and ongoing education while supporting infection-control, quality-assurance, and risk-management initiatives. Prepare the unit and staff for government surveys and regulatory inspections. Requires active RN or LPN license and previous long-term care experience. Required Qualifications
