Job Summary
Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions to reinforce nursing knowledge, clinical judgment, and study skills for students in the Registered Nursing and Practical Nursing programs. Collaborate with nursing faculty to identify student needs, develop supplemental learning materials, and create study guides aligned with current curriculum standards. Provide timely feedback on student progress and document session outcomes to support retention initiatives and program goals. Work part-time for 29 hours per week in a normal office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Master's degree
- Active RN license in Maryland or another Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
- At least five (5) years of experience in medical surgical nursing
