Job Summary
Reconcile prior days staffing and validate accuracy of call schedules while running benefit reports to verify staffing availability. Track agency floating and approvals, review timecards for accuracy, and approve them for payroll by the weekend or Monday deadline. Act as a liaison to Nurse Managers, Assistant Nurse Managers, Nursing Directors, HR, IT, and Payroll to address departmental reports and ensure accurate floating of staff. Assign one-to-one job transfers for safety and behavioral sitters for tracking purposes. Bachelor's degree with two years' experience in accounting or staffing required; UKG/Payroll experience preferred. Flexible schedule including holidays and weekends required.

- Knowledge of Human Resources policies and procedures
Desired Qualifications
- UKG/ Payroll or scheduling experience preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office— Excel, Outlook
- Good communication skills (written and verbal), mathematical skills, and critical thinking skills
