Nursing Tech PRN

Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting. Monitor and record vital signs, perform oral, hair, peri, and catheter care, and accurately document patient weight and care activities. Facilitate patient mobility by transferring between beds and wheelchairs, assisting with walking, exercising, and transporting patients using lift equipment, stretchers, or beds. Respond promptly to all call lights, provide emotional support and comfort, observe physical and mental conditions for changes, and report findings to the primary nurse. Maintain a clean environment by changing linens, cleaning rooms, and ensuring safety measures like bed alarms are active. Stock medical supplies and assist nursing staff with procedures as directed.
