Job Summary
Assist the RN in providing high-quality, compassionate critical care to patients and families in the 16-bed ICU. Clear obstacles related to patient care, assess patient status, and implement clinical nursing interventions to modify symptoms. Develop and implement patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes while maintaining unit standards and policies. Utilize strong organizational and leadership skills to support the health care team. Requires entry-level knowledge, high school diploma, and 1-3 years of experience. Salary ranges from $20.00 to $27.29 based on experience.
