Job Summary
Nursing Team Lead for Outpatients (OPD) at Spire Gatwick Park, Horley, West Sussex. Lead and coordinate the outpatient nursing team, maintain patient safety, and support safe discharge decisions with the Consultant team. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, collaborating to find solutions, and supporting the nursing team, HCAs, and the Ward OPD Manager. Candidate must be an experienced nurse with outpatients experience as a Senior/Lead, possess excellent communication, autonomous decision-making, and strong leadership/coordinator skills.
