Job Summary
Nursing Supervisor leads nursing staff, manages shift operations, staffing and scheduling, ensures high-quality patient care, bridges bedside nurses and administration, handles conflict resolution, updates records, and enforces facility policies. Responsibilities include creating schedules, assigning tasks, monitoring patient care, assisting with complex cases, ensuring compliance with medical protocols, and managing unit resources. Requires a BSN and an active PA RN license, with 3+ years of staff nurse experience and preferred supervisory experience; strong communication, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse license in PA
- 3+ years experience as staff nurse; charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
