Job Summary
Assess residents' needs, develop individualized care plans, and administer nursing care while supervising nursing assistants and other personnel in accordance with federal, state, and local standards. Evaluate nursing care delivery, maintain established standards of practice, and ensure compliance with health, sanitary, and infection control policies. Follow directions from the Director of Nursing Services or designee to uphold the highest degree of quality care. Work full-time during the 7:00a - 3:30p shift at a rate of $48.00 - $52.00 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus paid quarterly.
Required Qualifications
- current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN within the state in which you work
- current CPR certification
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- ability to carry out both verbal and written directions
- good interpersonal skills
- attention to detail
- ability to work with supervisors, co-workers and community staff in the performance of duties
- ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques
- ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment
- not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace
