Job Summary
Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of residents. Oversee facility operations, including staffing assignments, resource allocation, and daily safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards while providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols. Work evenings from 3:30pm to 11:30pm in a supportive, collaborative environment focused on meaningful care for aging guests and their families.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state nursing license
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
