Nursing Supervisor (RN) - Sentara BelleHarbour Emergency Department (9p-7a)

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the freestanding ER during 9pm to 7am shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care, safety, and staff efficiency. Perform unit audits and provide real-time coaching to team members throughout the overnight hours. Coordinate patient flow, manage staffing levels, respond to emergencies, and address operational issues as the primary liaison between departments, nursing staff, physicians, and other providers. Some administrator on-call duties are included. This role supports Sentara BelleHarbour's outpatient medical center in North Suffolk, serving the community with 24-hour emergency care and specialty services.
