Job Summary
We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor (RN) for night shifts to organize and administer individualized nursing care and support the leadership team. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with standards, coordinating incident responses, maintaining patient safety, and supporting staffing and education initiatives. The role demands strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and flexibility. Candidates must hold a current RN license in PA, with preferred experience in behavioral health.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in PA
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical experience in the treatment of behavioral health preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of Joint Commission standards
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- EMR experience preferred
