Job Summary
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for organizing and administering individualized nursing care to patients, overseeing staff interactions, ensuring compliance with treatment plans, and responding to incidents or crises. Key responsibilities include monitoring unit functioning, supporting staff education, coordinating staffing patterns, maintaining patient safety, and ensuring compliance with medication management and infection control protocols. The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, be flexible to sudden changes, and have a focus on compliance and performance quality. The position requires a registered nurse license in PA, clinical experience in behavioral health, and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in PA
- Current CPR certification

- Clinical experience in the treatment of behavioral health preferred
- Knowledge of Joint Commission standards
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- EMR experience preferred
