Job Summary
Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure resident health, comfort, and well-being. Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments, resource allocation, and facility safety while conducting regular audits to maintain quality standards. Supervise nursing staff through mentorship, training, and support to ensure compliance with all regulatory policies and procedures. Collaborate on care plan development and uphold clinical excellence in a Long-Term Care setting. Full-time 3pm-11pm shift with no weekends; $5,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state nursing license

- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
