Job Summary
Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care, ensuring resident health, comfort, and well-being. Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments, resource allocation, and facility safety. Supervise nursing staff through mentorship, training, and guidance while conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards. Collaborate on care plan development and ensure strict compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory protocols. Work full-time from 3pm to 11pm without weekends, earning a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state nursing license

- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
