Job Summary
Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of residents. Oversee facility operations, including staffing assignments, resource allocation, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations. Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards while providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff. Shifts are full-time, 3pm to 11pm, with no weekends. A sign-on bonus of $5,000 is available. Required Qualifications
- Valid state nursing license

- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
