Job Summary
Lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of residents. Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments, resource allocation, and facility safety. Supervise and guide nursing staff while conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards. Provide mentorship, training, and support to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols. Collaborate on care plans to deliver high-quality services.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state nursing license

- Advanced degree or certification preferred
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
