Job Summary
Maintain resident health by completing admission and discharge assessments, distributing medicine, and auditing charting and medical forms. Supervise nurse staff, counsel personnel, and enforce discipline to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality care. Develop, implement, and adjust patient care plans while collaborating with the Director of Nursing, Nurse Practitioners, and physicians. Address family concerns and resolve procedural issues through direct communication and oversight. Requires current Massachusetts RN/LPN license, BLS/AED certification, and supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Current Massachusetts nursing license as an RN/LPN
- CPR/BLS/AED and IV certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous nursing experience in a supervisory role preferred
