Nursing Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN)

Supervise approximately 30 nursing staff on shift, receiving shift reports and reviewing 24-hour reports to manage unit assignments and staffing changes. Conduct skilled assessments, monitor wounds, and update reports while reviewing labs and x-ray results for distribution. Distribute emergency pharmacy deliveries as needed, oversee end-of-month medication change-overs, and run PCC reports to ensure compliance with medication administration and treatments. Complete staff evaluations and provide counseling as required. This part-time role (3pm–11:30pm, 24 hours per pay period) supports the Ohio Masonic Communities in delivering best-in-class care to residents across Waterville, Springfield, and Medina.
